Delete your Norda account

Norda works without an account. If you never turned on Norda Cloud, there is nothing to delete — everything lives on your phone, and deleting the app removes all of it.

If you did use Norda Cloud, you can delete your account and every piece of cloud data yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute.

In the app (instant)

Open Norda and go to About → Norda Cloud.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm.

That’s it. This permanently removes from our backend:

your account (including a linked Google identity, if any),
every backed-up photo and video memory, with captions and places,
your public handle and anything you shared to the public feed,
synced bookmarks and lists.

Deletion is immediate and complete — there is no retention window and no “deactivated” state. What’s on your phone stays on your phone.

Don’t have the app anymore?

Email [email protected] from the Google account you linked (or with your public handle, if you signed in anonymously) and ask for deletion. We verify it’s you and delete the account the same way — typically within a few days, always within 30.
